Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of performing logistics services provided by our company, managing transportation processes, conducting customer relations, following up contractual processes, fulfilling legal obligations, conducting communication activities and ensuring business continuity. Additionally, your data may be used to improve our service quality and measure customer satisfaction.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, domestic and international transportation partners, legally authorized public institutions and private legal entities within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. In case of transfer abroad, your data may be transferred to countries with adequate protection or to business partners of the Data Controller.

Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to our company as the data controller, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed, request deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7, request notification to third parties, object to a result arising against you, and request compensation of damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing. You may submit your requests to our company with identifying documents.
